Accounts Receivable Officer is required for an initial 3 month hourly rate contract located in the CBD.

Accounts Receivable Officer is required for a an initial 3 month hourly rate contract located in the CBD.

Responsibilities:

Invoicing, banking and processing of revenue
Debtor management, reporting & reconciliations
Addressing related queries from internal stakeholders and external customers.

To be successful you will need:

1+ year’s experience performing the duties above
Understanding of general accounting/bookkeeping principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
ERP experience preferred.
Experience using Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
Demonstrated active listening and questioning skills

Qualifications:

Accounting / bookkeeping certificate or diploma is beneficial
An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
