High profile SA Organisation is looking for a Temp AP Officer to be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of circa 200 accounts payable transactions per day, supplier reconciliations, and supporting month-end activities in accordance with internal policies and accounting standards.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process accounts payable transactions within required timeframes
• Reconcile supplier statements and investigate and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with accounts payable month-end general ledger reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and accounting standards
• Support the Accounts Payable team and adapt to evolving business requirements

Required Background

• 2+ years' experience in an Accounts Payable
• ERP experience
• High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
• Well-developed numeracy and data management skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Full works rights
