Leading SA Business is continuing to grow the team and are on the search for a hands-on, highly transactional permanent Accountant to join the accounting team.
  
Responsibilities
  

• Preparation of monthly Profit & Loss accounts and Balance sheets for multiple legal structures.
• Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable process.
• Balance Sheet reconciliations including intercompany transactions.
• General Ledger maintenance.
• Preparation of monthly and quarterly BAS and PAYG statements.
• Fixed Asset Register maintenance.
• Hire purchase Register maintenance.
• Preparation of ad hoc management reports as requested.
• Preparation of year-end financial accounts & reports.

  
 
Required Background
  

• As an Accountant, with 3-5 years of experience, you will bring a positive outlook, with key attributes to include:
• Strong attention to accuracy and detail
• Strong numeracy and data management skills
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to interact and communicate with a range of stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of MYOB & Excel
• Relevant tertiary qualification
• Love of teamwork and growing with others
• Flexible and adaptable to change
