Renowned SA Retail business is looking to hire a permanent enthusiastic Internal Recruiter to support all hiring activity across the business. This role is ideal for someone with recruitment experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment building strong relationships with candidates and store managers.
  
Key responsibilities include: 

• Posting job ads and managing applications.
• Screening candidates and coordinating interviews.
• Supporting hiring managers with shortlisting and reference checks.
• Assisting with onboarding and pre-employment requirements.
• Maintaining accurate recruitment records and keeping stakeholders updated.
• Helping build talent pools for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles.
• Ensuring recruitment activities follow relevant policies and employment legislation.
• Attending interviews, when required.

  
Required Background

• 2+ years Internal Recruiter experience ideally gained within the Retail Industry.
• Strong communication & inter-personal skills
• Proven in providing a positive candidate experience.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A proactive approach to sourcing and engaging potential candidates.
• Respect for confidentiality and adherence to workplace legislation and internal policies.
