Location: The Dalles, OR (ideally near Mount Hood) | On-Site Only
Compensation: Up to $170K base + ~10% annual bonus | $10K relocation assistance | Start Dec/Jan

About the Role:
We are looking for a CSA Estimator with mission-critical experience to support a $1B+ hyperscale data center campus. This on-site role offers exposure to complex builds and strong career growth in the mission-critical construction space.

What You'll Do:

• Develop accurate cost estimates for CSA systems on large-scale data center projects.
• Work closely with engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure precise budgeting and project delivery.
• Influence design decisions and provide actionable insights for senior management.
• Support planning and strategy for mission-critical infrastructure projects.

• Mission-critical estimating experience, ideally with CSA or related systems.
• Strong analytical skills, technical knowledge, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to relocate and work on-site full time.
