Due to continued growth of this niche, multiple award-winning business located in the heart of Adelaide CBD are looking for an Accounts Lead to oversee and support a team of Accounts Administrators ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of all financial processing.
  
This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with strong accounting experience who enjoys mentoring others and improving systems.
  
Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Accounts Administration team
• Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Banking and BAS
• Review & approve reconciliations, journals, and month-end reporting
• Maintaining accounting systems and ensuring data accuracy
• Identifying and implementing process and system improvements
• Partnering with management and operations teams to achieve financial goals
• Providing coaching, feedback, and training to team members

  
Required Background:

• 4+ years of accounting experience
• 1+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
• Minimum Diploma level qualification in Accounting
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency status
• Solid understanding of management accounting
• Proficiency in Xero, Excel, and Microsoft applications
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to problem-solve
