The Group Finance Manager is responsible for the financial management, reporting, and governance of a group of companies. The role provides hands-on oversight of all finance, accounting, payroll, and compliance functions while driving improvements in systems, controls, and reporting across the group.
  
The position will play a key role in supporting the Managing Director and business managers with accurate financial insights, cash flow control, business planning, and commercial decision-making in a growing and operationally complex environment.

Required Background   

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• CPA/CA preferred.
• 7+ years’ experience in financial management predominantly within blue collar industries.
• Strong MYOB or equivalent ERP knowledge.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
• Experience with intercompany structures and consolidations.
• Demonstrated ability to implement financial systems and improve controls.
• Commercially astute with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead change and develop staff capabilities.
• Resilient and adaptable to multiple priorities and stakeholders.
