Well established Organisation located in Myrtle Bank is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join the team.

You will gain exposure to a professional and dynamic Admin team who strive to use technology to their advantage in reforming admin processes.
  
Responsibilities:

• Processing invoices and matching POs
• Managing and directing queries
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Liaising with key stakeholders
• Other ad-hoc responsibilities as required

  
About You

• 2+ years' experience in a similar role, ideally within a medium to large organisation;
• Experience using an integrated ERP is beneficial
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously
• Excellent time management skills
• Good prioritisation skills
• Highly developed computer skills across the Microsoft Suite
• Comfortable taking on additional duties as required
• Excellent communication skills.
