YOUR NEXT COMPANY:
We are recruiting Site Manager roles for multiple commercial building companies around Adelaide. These companies range from Tier 1 to Tier 3 in scale and include both new build and fit-out projects.

YOUR NEXT ROLE:
This great opportunity involves the following:

• Coordinating trades, sub-contractors, equipment, and materials in line with construction scheduling requirements
• Accurately reading and interpreting plans and specifications
• Organising construction works to deliver quality results safely, on time, and within budget
• Offering constructive solutions and continuous improvements
• Working both autonomously and within a team environment
• Demonstrating integrity and accountability

ARE YOU A FIT?
To be successful, you’ll have experience supervising commercial construction projects — from the ground up or through fit-outs and refurbishments — within Australia. You’ll ideally have a trade background, strong hands-on experience, and solid relationships with subcontractors. Great programming skills, strong leadership, autonomy, and excellent communication across stakeholders are all key.
