Professional Services Org located in Adelaide CBD is looking for an Australian Citizen or PR holder to undertakes a range of accounts payable functions, including:

• Processing accounts payable, including entering invoices and preparing payments
• Entering client and staff disbursements
• Receipt of daily banking and reconciliation of payments
• Preparing monthly bank reconciliations for various accounts
• Maintenance of monthly trust accounts
• Assisting with end of month billings

  
Required Background:

• Australian or Permanent Resident essential
• 1+ year commercial AP Officer exp
• An eye for detail
• Strong client-service orientation and an enthusiastic approach to your work
• Previous experience in a similar role in a corporate environment preferred.
