The permanent payroll officer is responsible for assisting the Payroll & HRIS co-ordinator in the delivery of the payroll service for all employees.
  
You will ideally have experience with Chris21 and be skilled in manipulating spreadsheets. 
  
Responsibilities

• End to end pay run processing
• End of month processing
• Calculation and auditing of employee, payroll and leave records
• Undertake detailed and complex calculations including terminal calculations and taxation
• Calculate and check employee, payroll & leave records
• Accurate processing of leave applications
•  Processing tax file number declarations, payroll deductions and banking disbursements

• Full work rights for Australia
• Previous exp working as a Payroll Officer in Australia
• 3+ years payroll experience
• Intermediate excel skills
• Google sheets exp nice to have
• Rostering exp nice to have
