Niche manufacturer located near Tonsley on the South Side is looking for a permanent qualified Financial Accountant to join the team to work closely with the CFO.

You will have 2+ years financial accountant experience gained with the Manufacturing Industry - This is ESSENTIAL
  

KEY OBJECTIVE:

• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to management and stakeholders.
• Maintain timely and accurate cashflow reporting
• Maintain compliance with tax regulations, audit requirements, and internal controls
• Support CFO with finance related tasks as required

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience.
• CPA, CA or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Full work rights for working in Australia
• Manufacturing Industry experience gained within Australia
• Ability to work autonomously, to deadlines and manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with desire to spend time on the production floor to enable collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory management, and standard costing principles
• Proficiency in ERP systems
• General proficiency in Information Technology related processes and topics
