Multiple Contract Administrator roles with a selection of great commercial construction companies.
Powerstaff are working with a number of commercial builders in the Adelaide marketplace to assist them in hiring Contract Administrator positions. There are a good mix of well-regarded commercial builders with positions available to suit on a permanent basis.
Some typical tasks may be:
- Support PM on assessing contract risks
- Using construction software such as Hammertech and Procore
- Implementing Contract Administration plans and systems
- Providing commercial advice to the team
- Interpreting contract terms and negotiating with suppliers
- Contract variations, claims and liquidated damages
- Inspect construction works to make sure they are constructed within accordance of the design and program
- Mange procurement targets
- Monitor sub-contractor performance
To be considered for this role you will have a degree in Construction Management or similar, experience working on commercial construction projects within Australia, experience working with common construction software packages.
