The Role We are seeking a trade-qualified Mechanical Fitter to join a well-established Perth engineering business.The role offers Monday to Friday dayshift, a modern workshop, and plenty of variety. You'll work on a range of mining and heavy industry equipment, including:
New equipment builds
Mechanical repairs and overhauls
Diagnostics and fault finding
Component fitting and assembly
Delivering quality workmanship in a workshop environment
About You We're looking for someone who:
Has an Australian trade-qualification as a Mechanical Fitter
Is experienced in heavy industry, mining, drilling, transport, manufacturing or similar environments
Has strong mechanical aptitude and fault-finding skills
Is able to read and interpret technical drawings
Has a current driver's licence and reliable transport
Takes pride in producing quality work
Enjoys variety and solving mechanical challenges
Wants a long-term role with a great team
