At Essential HR, we don't just provide HR advice—we become our clients' outsourced HR department. - Consulting experience is highly regarded but not essential
You'll Love This Role If You... - Like variety and solving different HR challenges every day

- A dedicated HR Admin & Support Coordinator who manages Employment Hero administration, onboarding, offboarding, contracts, compliance reporting and HR administration
- An Operations Administration Coordinator who prepares proposals, formats reports, coordinates projects and assists with client onboarding
- A collaborative team of experienced HR professionals who genuinely support each other
This means
you spend your time doing what you do best—providing strategic HR advice—not drowning in administration. We Offer - Work from home with flexibility
- Company laptop and mobile phone
- Competitive salary
- Commission opportunities
- Annual incentive bonus
- Two Wellness Leave days each year
- Diverse and interesting client portfolio
- High level of autonomy
- A collaborative and supportive culture where quality matters
