About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Support Coordinator to join our close-knit team in Wayville. This is a varied and hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly while working closely with our Sales, Dispatch, Workshop, and Finance teams.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with customer orders throughout the system to help ensure jobs progress smoothly and on time from quotation through to dispatch
• Providing day-to-day operational and administrative support across the business
• Providing general administrative and operational support to the General Manager and wider team
• Working with the Sales Manager and team to help keep day-to-day operations organised and running smoothly
• Ordering and coordinating supplier purchases and deliveries to help ensure stock and customer orders arrive on time
• Liaising with local and international suppliers regarding orders, delivery updates, and general coordination
• Updating and maintaining pricing records and supplier price lists
• Keeping customer orders, supplier orders, pricing, and stock information accurate and up to date in the company system
• Providing backup support across dispatch, workshop, stock, and general administration functions as required
• Helping support and improve day-to-day organisation and workflow across the business where needed

About You

• Someone who is reliable, practical, and happy to help wherever needed to keep things moving
• Experience with ERP systems, supplier coordination, logistics, stock control, or administration highly regarded
• Comfortable helping across administration, customer orders, suppliers, dispatch, and general business support as required
