We are currently expanding our product capabilities, including advanced reporting, automation, and emerging AI-driven solutions.

The Role
We’re looking for a Product & Solutions Analyst (Business Analyst / Systems Analyst) to work across customer requirements, product development, and reporting.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with both clients and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and system requirements
• Translate requirements into clear specifications for developers
• Work directly with customers to understand workflows and needs
• Support custom development and solution delivery
• Define and document Power BI dashboards and reporting requirements
• Manage and support selected client accounts
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams
• Identify improvements in systems, reporting, and processes
• Contribute to automation and future AI-driven initiatives

Skills & Experience

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Product Analyst
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
• Experience with Power BI (or similar BI/reporting tools)
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Experience working with clients or stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently

Highly regarded:

• Experience with construction systems, project management software, or construction workflows
• Experience in SaaS or software environments

• Proactive and takes ownership of outcomes
• Strong communicator (technical and non-technical)
• Interested in learning new technologies
• Curious about emerging AI and automation in software
