Transport Operations Assistant
We are seeking a highly organised and detail driven individual to support our Transport Manager and play a critical role in keeping our daily transport operations running smoothly. This is a great opportunity to grow your admin career in a varied role — coordinating job registrations, supporting scheduling, reconciling documentation, and customer service.
 
Key Responsibilities include:

• Receive, review and action client delivery instructions
• Accurately register transport jobs within our ERP system
• Act as first point of contact for customer delivery enquiries
• Support the Transport Manager with daily operational coordination
• Reconcile driver run sheets against records
• Review reports
• Assist with reporting

What you will bring

• Administration and customer service experience
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and high data accuracy
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• The ability to prioritise and manage competing tasks
• A professional and customer-focused attitude
• Confidence working independently and as part of a team
