About the Role Due to our continued growth, we are seeking and experienced
Estimator to join our high-performing estimating team. This is a key role responsible for producing accurate production estimates and supporting the delivery of high-quality homes on time and on budget.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll work closely with construction, sales estimators, designers, suppliers, and contractors to ensure accuracy across all documentation and costings.
As our Estimator, you will be responsible for: - Producing accurate production estimates and purchase orders in a timely manner
- Ensuring BOQs and rates are maintained accurately within systems
- Supporting construction supervisors with trade and material queries to minimise delays
- Working closely with sales estimators and designers to ensure accuracy across final documentation
- Managing supplier and contractor relationships and maintaining strong communication
- Ensuring margins are achieved while identifying opportunities for improvement
- Maintaining compliance with company systems, processes, WHS, and legislative requirements
- Providing reporting and contributing to continuous improvement across the business
What You'll Bring - Previous experience in estimating within residential construction
- Strong attention to detail with proven accuracy in BOQs and documentation
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with high levels of initiative
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- White Card
- Current driver's licence
