We are entering an exciting phase of growth and transformation and are creating a new Operations & Systems Manager role to help strengthen our internal systems and operational performance.

The Role This is a hands-on, strategic role suited to someone who thrives on bringing structure to growing businesses. Reporting directly to the Directors, you'll design, implement, and embed operational systems that improve visibility, accountability, and profitability across the business.
You'll work closely with office, yard, and site teams, supporting the rollout of new systems while coaching staff through change.
Key Responsibilities - Implement KPIs, reporting, job costing, and profitability systems
- Improve quoting, pricing, stock control, and asset management
- Strengthen governance, compliance, contracts, and debt processes
- Lead key projects including office relocation and system rollouts
- Implement project management, asset tracking, and traffic systems
- Formalise people processes and support teams through change
About You You're structured, proactive, and confident leading operational change in a practical, blue-collar environment.
You'll bring: - 5+ years' experience in operations, project coordination, or process improvement
- Strong system implementation and project management capability
- Experience in construction, scaffolding, or related industries (highly regarded)
- Solid understanding of job costing, pricing, and profitability
- Confidence working with trades, supervisors, admin teams, and directors
- A coaching mindset with strong communication and stakeholder skills
