OneTemp is an established Australian business specialising in temperature measurement, monitoring, and control solutions. We are seeking a confident and proactive Operations Administrator to support our internal operations and help drive process improvement across the business.

About the Role This is a hands-on administration role supporting order processing, dispatch, workshop coordination, suppliers, and internal systems. You'll work closely with Sales, Dispatch, Workshop, and Finance to ensure smooth internal workflows and a high standard of customer service.
This is not a reception role, however you will be second point of contact for incoming calls, so strong customer service skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities - Operational and administrative support across the business
- Order processing from quotation through to dispatch
- Back-up support for dispatch and workshop operations
- Liaising with suppliers (local and international)
- Maintaining accurate records across ERP systems
- Supporting basic accounts and stock-related tasks as required
- Identifying and improving administrative and operational processes
About You You're someone who
takes ownership, enjoys improving how things are done, and works well in a team environment.
You will have: - 5 years' experience in a similar role (preferred)
- Strong administration experience and attention to detail
- Confidence using systems and managing multiple priorities
- Strong customer service skills and phone confidence
- A proactive, process-improvement mindset with leadership capability
- An outgoing, team-oriented approach
- Experience with ERP systems, logistics, suppliers, or finance support will be highly regarded.
