About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Administrator to join our Client Accounting team on a permanent part-time basis (4 days per week).

This role supports commercial property portfolios across SA and VIC and plays a critical role in ensuring accurate trust accounting, lease administration, and high-quality service to property managers, clients, tenants, and contractors.
  
Previous commercial property trust accounting experience (minimum 2 years) is essential.
  
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Team Leader – Client Accounting, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting daily receipting and bank reconciliations
• Maintaining data integrity within the trust accounting system
• Trust accounting tasks including:
• Posting accounts payable invoices
• Payment runs to creditors and owners
• Lease administration, including:
• Setting up new leases
• Lease renewals, assignments and terminations
• Rent reviews
• Issuing tenant tax invoices
• Processing tenancy adjustment and miscellaneous charges
• Performing mid-month and end-of-month reconciliations and checks
• Assisting Property Managers with queries from clients, tenants and contractors
• Assisting with annual budgets and outgoings reconciliations
• Participating in team meetings
• Other duties as directed by the Team Leader – Client Accounting

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Essential

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in commercial property trust accounting
• Strong understanding of trust accounting and property management processes
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Highly Desirable Systems Experience

• MRI (highly desirable)
• Cirrus8 (highly desirable)
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills

Qualifications

• Accounting qualification (degree or diploma) desirable but not essential
