TML Recruitment is partnered with a market leading prop tech firm. We are looking to find an Operations and Strategy Manager to join their London offices! Our client's company is at the forefront of prop tech and working with some of the worlds leading firms in order to elevate and streamline their procedures mixing human touch with technology and AI. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING IN THIS ROLE?
As Operations & Strategy Manager, you'll work closely with the Founder & CEO, acting as a trusted partner across a range of high-impact initiatives. This role suits someone who thrives in a dynamic environment— supporting key projects, spotting areas for operational improvement, and helping to deliver strategic plans that fuel business growth. You'll sit at the heart of the organisation, collaborating across multiple teams and functions to ensure smooth operations, strong performance, and scalable systems. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how the business runs day-to-day and evolves over time. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves while also contributing to long-term strategy and growth.
WHAT ARE THE MAIN DUTIES?
Operational Excellence
-Identify and lead improvements across internal processes, systems, and workflows
-Develop and maintain clear SOPs and process documentation to support scale
-Set up and monitor KPIs to track performance and uncover areas for optimisation
-Contribute to shaping the organisational structure as the company grows Cross-Team Collaboration
-Act as a bridge between departments—ensuring smooth communication across sales, customer success, product, and tech
-Ensure key information, data, and updates are shared effectively across teams
-Help drive strategic projects forward with clarity and momentum CEO Partnership
-Work closely with the CEO on high-priority initiatives and business-critical tasks
-Support a mix of strategic, operational, and ad-hoc responsibilities to gain deep exposure across the business
-Be a sounding board for ideas, offering fresh thinking and constructive challenge

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL?
Essential:
-Experience in operational improvement / operational excellence.
-Strong organisational and execution skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
-Excellent communication and documentation skills.
-Problem-solver with a proactive, "get things done" mindset.
-Comfortable with both detail-oriented tasks and big-picture strategy.
Desirable:
-Previous experience working with a software company.
-Background in operations, business management, consulting, or project management.
-Familiarity with tools such as Jira, HubSpot, and Microsoft - or willingness to upskill in using these tools.
