About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to provide technical leadership while contributing directly to product development. You will help shape architecture, build consumer-facing features, mentor engineers, and connect technical decisions to business value.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong engineering expertise with ownership, analytical thinking, and a pragmatic approach to solving complex problems.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design and development of innovative consumer-facing features.
• Develop solutions across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and middleware.
• Contribute to architectural and technical design decisions.
• Collaborate with Product, Delivery, and IT teams to align on feasibility, direction, and delivery.
• Participate in code reviews and champion engineering best practices.
• Mentor and support fellow engineers through technical guidance and collaboration.
• Diagnose complex technical problems and develop practical solutions.
• Evaluate technical trade-offs and make decisions based on business and product value.
• Leverage AI and agentic LLM-based tools where they provide meaningful value.
• Contribute effectively within Agile/Scrum development environments.

What We're Looking For

• 7–10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong full-stack development experience across web or mobile interfaces, APIs, and databases.
• Experience translating requirements and concepts across different technology layers.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX and database design.
• Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Strong ownership mentality and ability to drive projects through to completion.
• Analytical and evidence-based approach to problem solving.
• Strategic mindset that connects engineering decisions to business outcomes.
• Ability to evaluate technical trade-offs and advocate for effective solutions.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative environments with uncertainty.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Equivalent deep and relevant hands-on experience will also be considered.
