Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced PowerApps Developer to design, develop, and support custom business applications using the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions.
This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, IT teams, and solution architects to deliver high-quality applications that improve operational efficiency and digital workflows.
Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps)
• Build and optimize Power Automate workflows for business process automation
• Develop and manage data models using Dataverse
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Azure services, and other enterprise systems
• Create and manage custom connectors and APIs where required
• Ensure application performance, security, governance, and scalability best practices are followed
• Participate in solution architecture discussions and provide technical recommendations
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, bugs, and performance challenges
• Document technical designs, configurations, and support processes
• Support deployment, environment management, and ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) practices
• Provide user support and knowledge transfer as needed

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform
• Strong experience building Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps
• Experience with Power Automate (cloud flows and approval workflows)
• Working knowledge of Dataverse data modeling and security
• Experience integrating with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Teams
• Familiarity with REST APIs and custom connectors
• Strong understanding of Power Platform governance and environment management
• Ability to gather and interpret business requirements
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI integration
• Knowledge of Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, App Services)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Power Platform ALM
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, PL-400)
• Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments
