AI Solutions Architect We're looking for a customer-obsessed AI Solutions Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be the front-line expert responsible for guiding customers from their initial engagement through to the successful, long-term implementation of our AI agent solutions. This role combines deep customer empathy and a passion for problem-solving with the technical skills to build and deliver powerful AI-driven value.
Your goal is to become a trusted advisor, understanding the customer's business pain points, designing tailored AI solutions that address them, and ensuring their ongoing success. The ideal candidate has a strong technical mindset but is also a natural communicator who can quickly get to the core of a customer's problem.
Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement & Discovery: Partner with customers to understand their business processes, identify inefficiencies, and quantify the potential value of AI automation.
• Solution Design & Implementation: Design, build, and deploy custom AI agent solutions and integrations, from initial proof-of-concept (POC) to full implementation and handoff.
• Prompt Engineering: Continuously iterate and refine agent prompts to optimize performance and ensure the highest quality output for each customer.
• Product Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer, communicating key pain points and opportunities back to the product and engineering teams to help shape our roadmap.

Required Skills & Experience

• Customer Obsession: A genuine passion for helping customers and a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
• LLM Expertise: Proven familiarity with large language models (LLMs), including an understanding of their capabilities, best practices, and limitations.
• Problem-Solving: The ability to analyze complex business problems and model them as prompts within AI agents.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, clear terms.
