About the Role
In this role, you will support the CEO leading this growing, purposeful and passionate organisation. The Executive Assistant to the CEO is a pivotal role within the organisation, providing high-level administrative, operational and coordination support to the CEO and the broader organisation. The position plays a critical role in strengthening organisational systems, supporting governance and ensuring the day-to-day operations of the organisation run efficiently and effectively.
This role is critical to the success of the organisation. It requires someone who is not only highly capable administratively, but who can see what needs to be done and takes action — supporting the CEO and team to deliver strong outcomes for community.
Key features of the role include but are not limited to:
- Executive Support including CEO appointments and priorities. Preparation of agendas, briefing papers and reports and “actions” management
- Governance & Board Support with dashboards, meeting coordination and documentation, Board papers, governance registers and compliance with governance, policy and reporting requirements
- Administration & Office Coordination including procurement and liaison with contractors
- Workforce & HR Administration to support recruitment processes including advertising, onboarding and contracts. Tracking staff attendance, leave and supporting workforce coordination
- Financial Administration support including invoice processing, receipt management, financial record keeping including budget monitoring
- Program & Operational Support across the organisation’s programs

About You This role is suited to a proactive, highly organised “do-er” who thrives in dynamic environments, takes initiative, and brings structure, consistency and follow-through to their work.
The organisation is looking for a current EA or PA with a track record of supporting their employer’s governance, planning and management. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and appropriate qualifications. Ideally, candidates will have gained knowledge, skills, and experience through work experiences in community services or similar positions/industries.
Suitable candidates should be able to problem solve using creative thinking and will possess the following:
Qualifications & Experience - Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Community Services or similar (or equivalent experience)
- Demonstrated experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative role
- Experience supporting senior leadership and/or governance processes
Skills & Capability - Highly organised with strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong systems thinking and ability to improve processes

Additional requirements:
- Working With Children Check
- National Police Clearance
- Hold a current and valid Western Australian C class motor driver’s licence or equivalent
- Australian Citizenship or permanent resident of Australia
