About the Role
The Head of Care Operations will provide strategic leadership and operational management to ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe, and sustainable care services. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will focus on the management and development of care services, with priorities including achieving financial sustainability, enhancing the organization’s reputation, and adapting to changes within the sector.
As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), this position balances business management with high-quality service delivery while championing and embodying the values and culture of the organisation.
