About the Role:
Reporting to the strongly supportive and collaborative General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the development and management of program operations such as Family Domestic Violence service (FDV), National Disability Service (NDIS), Mental Health and Youth as well as facilitating the setting and continual review of the services’ strategic direction.
The role has both direct and indirect reports (5 direct reports and approx. 75 people in total) and is responsible for all aspects of staff management including coaching, training, and performance management for the members of their team and for reporting on the financial and operational outcomes of the programs.
Keys to this role are the development of programs, ensuring they are contemporary and innovative and inputting into the strategic direction and growth of the area.
