About the Role:
Our project workload is growing rapidly, and we require a new Senior Customer Success Consultant to be responsible for assisting with implementing our Care Management software with new customers and to help facilitate the introduction of new functionalities for existing customers. The goal of this role is to ensure the users of our customers software have the best possible experience and maximise their utility from the system. This is key to enabling them to be more sustainable and to deliver to their aged, disabled or in other ways challenged clients to live better lives.
