With a solid business reputation, we are renowned for our work across the waters sector where we deliver water treatment plants, pump stations and other civil structures.

Responsibilities:

• Build strong, positive relationships with site teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors
• Assist with planning, programming, and day-to-day delivery to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to budget
• Manage subcontractor procurement, coordination, and performance on site
• Support commercial outcomes including variations, cost tracking, and reporting
• Ensure works are delivered in line with contract requirements, quality standards, and H&S expectations
• Be hands-on on site, contributing directly to problem solving and decision making

Requirements:

• Proven Project Engineer experience delivering civil infrastructure projects in New Zealand, ideally within the 3 Waters space
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, H&S systems, and contractual obligations
• A relevant qualification in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Confident communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across site and office teams
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a genuine desire to grow your career
• Experience in managing contracts within the civil engineering industry and a sound understanding of NZS3910 and NZS3916
