Join a successful NZ wide Planning, Surveying and Engineering consultancy where you will join a team of established professionals, helping to lead and support our surveying division of the business. With existing, repeat clients and with a team around you, this is a role where you can establish yourself as a leader with the view of growing our workload with a positive, inclusive work environment.

In this role you will:

• Lead and guide junior Surveyors, helping grow and nurture their talent 
• Ensure that field and office-based survey work is performed to professional and relevant standards
• Undertake Quality Assurance and complete compliance certifications
• Guide the future of your Surveying team, distributing workloads and forward planning for our Surveying team

As a Senior position in our business you will require:

• New Zealand Licensed Cadastral Surveyor status
• Experience using Landonline and ideally 12D or Civil 3D software
• Previous experience supporting, guiding, and mentoring junior surveyors
• The ability to influence and sustain relationships with staff, customers and contractors.
