Come join a Structural Engineering team based in Central Hamilton where you will work closely with the Director to lead and assist projects around the region. 

With a mixture of projects across commercial, industrial and residential, we have work that will create a great portfolio and experience set for you. You'll engage directly with clients, creating and building on great relationships that we already have. This is a role where you can form your career, where we will help you form a pathway into a senior appointment or we will encourage you to move onto your next challenge knowing we've give you the best possible platform for your career. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare concept designs and complete detailed designs
• On-site construction monitoring and project milestones
• Attending  meetings and stakeholder briefings
• Build relationships with your clients and contractors
• Work closely with your team to ensure deliverables and timelines are met

To be successful in this role we require:

• A degree in Engineering with at least 2 years of experience working to New Zealand building code. 
• Local exposure to the New Zealand construction landscape with experience working with seismic projects. 
• Ideally experience across a range of residential and commercial properties but open to one or the other with the eagerness to learn both. 
• Positive attitude and drive to grow and succeed. 
• Willingness to be a part of a small team where you you will be a big part of the team culture and future business growth.
