Our client, a busy specialist practice based in the Northern Suburbs, is looking for an experienced Medical Receptionist to join their team on a temporary basis from 20 July until the end of August.
This role is ideal for someone who has previous experience working in a medical practice, enjoys providing exceptional patient care, and can confidently manage a busy reception. You’ll be responsible for welcoming patients, scheduling appointments, handling telephone and email enquiries, processing payments, liaising with medical aids, and providing general administrative support to ensure the practice runs smoothly.
The successful candidate will be professional, organised, friendly, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced specialist environment.
