Digital is core to the model: AI-enhanced decision support, integrated health records, and privacy-focused "health wallet" tools give guests secure control of their data and help clinicians deliver more personalised care.
The opportunity
Play a key role in breast health screening and diagnostics within a modern clinic. You'll deliver high quality mammography, ensure a smooth guest journey from arrival to results, and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team committed to safety, privacy, and excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Provide patient-centred mammography from preparation and positioning to image acquisition and verification
- Maintain image quality standards, radiation safety, and daily/weekly QC routines
- Prepare rooms and consumables; uphold infection prevention and control protocols
- Manage accurate data capture, reporting workflows, and confidentiality in line with POPIA
- Support image-guided procedures and coordinate seamlessly with clinicians and the wider care team
- Educate guests on the process, aftercare, and follow-up pathways; escalate clinical concerns appropriately
- Contribute to continuous improvement of protocols, service flow, and guest experience
Requirement - HPCSA-registered Radiographer with formal mammography competence
- NDip/BTech/BRad in Diagnostic Radiography (or equivalent) from an accredited institution
- 2+ years' recent mammography experience in screening and/or diagnostic settings
- Excellent communication, empathy, and cultural sensitivity; calm under pressure
- Availability for Monday - Friday hours with occasional weekend cover if required
