We are a medical recruitment agency growing across Australia and New Zealand, and our newest opportunity available is for a Senior Physiotherapist to be based in Wellington, New Zealand.

The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced physiotherapist ready to step into a senior position. You'll take on a leadership role within a supportive multidisciplinary team, managing complex cases across musculoskeletal and rehabilitation pathways. Your expertise will contribute to service improvement, mentoring junior staff, and delivering high-quality care in both clinic and community environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of MSK and rehabilitation physiotherapy services
- Support and mentor junior clinicians
- Develop, implement and monitor best-practice rehab plans
- Collaborate with other allied health professionals and stakeholders
- Provide accurate, timely reports and clinical documentation
- Use diary management systems to organise appointments and case loads
Requirements - New Zealand registration as a Physiotherapist with current APC
- Minimum of 5 years' post-grad clinical experience
- Proven experience in MSK and/or community rehabilitation
- Leadership or mentoring experience desirable
- NZ driver's licence required for community work
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
