As an emerging medical recruitment agency growing across Australia and New Zealand, we now have an opportunity available for an Associate Hand Therapist to be based in Palmerston North, New Zealand.

The Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist who is passionate about hand therapy and upper limb rehabilitation. Whether you’re already experienced or looking to develop your expertise in this space, you’ll be supported by a committed team and provided with tools for career progression and ongoing learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based hand therapy services, including assessment, diagnosis, and rehabilitation plans
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient progress reports
- Work in alignment with ACC contracts, protocols, and treatment pathways
- Manage your diary and caseload effectively through clinical systems
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient outcomes
Requirements - Relevant qualification in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy
- Current APC and membership with HTNZ, PBNZ, or OTNZ
- Effective communication skills and the ability to build strong rapport
- Willingness to learn and grow within the hand therapy space
- Experience in upper limb rehabilitation is advantageous, but not essential
