As the leading medical recruitment agency in South Africa, our client has an exciting opportunity for a Hospital Manager based in Malmesbury, Cape Town, South Africa.  As a Hospital Manager, you play a crucial role in formulating and executing the hospital strategy aligned with the group's strategic themes. Your main focus is cultivating a caring culture for sustained performance, assembling an empowered team in line with our values. You also oversee administrative and operational functions to ensure the hospital runs smoothly and efficiently, delivering high-quality patient care while adhering to regulations and optimising resource utilisation.

• Proficient comprehension of legislative and business climate relevant to healthcare.

• A 3-year Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification relevant to an NQF level 7.
• Consideration of a Postgraduate degree or a related qualification at NQF level 8 in healthcare management would be advantageous.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Senior Managerial role, within a hospital
