• Full unconditional registration with AHPRA as a Medical Practitioner / Specialist in Anaesthetics.
• Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetics 
• Proven clinical expertise in line with the expectations of a specialist anaesthetist.
• Evidence of continuous professional development to enhance personal medical knowledge and skills.
• Ability to effectively structure and supervise an Anaesthesia Registrar.
• Demonstrated capability to develop and maintain effective service interactions necessary for a busy anaesthetic service.
• Strong understanding of the Victorian Public Health system, particularly the clinical and quality requirements for anaesthetic service delivery.
• Superior interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team and independently.
