We're currently partnering with a global pharmaceutical organisation on a Medical Manager / Senior Medical Manager opportunity that will suit someone who enjoys working strategically, influencing across the business and turning insights into meaningful action.
 
This is a highly visible role within an established and growing therapeutic area with an opportunity to shape initiatives from concept through to execution and make a genuine impact on patient outcomes.
 
Working closely with Medical, Marketing and field-based teams, you'll spend time engaging with stakeholders, understanding what's happening on the ground and bringing those insights back into the business to help inform future priorities and projects.
 
We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, enjoys asking questions and is passionate about identifying opportunities that will make a difference.
 
You'll bring:

• Experience as a Medical Manager, Senior Medical Manager or a Senior MSL with demonstrated project leadership experience
• Strong strategic thinking and project leadership capability
• Experience translating insights into impactful initiatives
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
• A collaborative and cross-functional approach
• The ability to work autonomously in a highly empowered environment

Experience within Infectious Diseases, Immunology, Virology or related therapeutic areas will be highly regarded.
