Senior Specialist Sales Representative

Bakar Smith is partnering with a globally recognised biopharmaceutical organisation to appoint a high-performing Senior Specialist Representative to join their Australian commercial team.

This role will suit an ambitious pharmaceutical sales professional who thrives in a science-led, high-performance environment and enjoys working cross-functionally with Medical, Market Access and Commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute territory and account plans across key healthcare stakeholders
• Develop strong clinical and commercial relationships with specialists and healthcare professionals
• Deliver high-quality scientific and product discussions in a compliant and customer-centric way
• Partner closely with cross-functional internal teams to support broader business strategy
• Identify opportunities to improve patient access and customer engagement

About You

• Proven success within pharmaceutical or biotech sales
• Experience in specialist or hospital sales environments highly regarded
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to engage in scientific conversations
• Commercially minded with excellent stakeholder engagement skills
• Driven, collaborative and motivated by improving patient outcomes
