We are partnering with an innovative biotech organisation seeking an experienced Haematology Business Manager to join their team.
This is a hands-on field role where clinical credibility, commercial instinct and teamwork across functions will be key to driving meaningful outcomes for patients and healthcare professionals in a competitive and evolving market.
Haematology experience would be ideal; however we would also like to speak with high performing candidates who have demonstrated success in specialty pharmaceutical sales / account management across other therapy areas.
The Opportunity
You will take ownership of a defined territory, building trusted partnerships with haematologists, hospitals and treatment centres while working closely with medical, marketing and commercial colleagues to deliver coordinated, insight-led engagement.
Success in this role comes from focusing on impact, balancing strong account ownership with the ability to collaborate effectively, adapt to change and navigate a dynamic oncology landscape.
