Orthopaedics Sales & Product Specialist

We're looking for a driven, hands-on Orthopaedic Sales Specialist to join a passionate, high-performing team representing an innovative orthopaedic portfolio across Victoria.
 
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in medical devices, orthopaedics, or allied health who's eager to build their career in a commercial role. You'll be part of a supportive team that values initiative, collaboration, and continual learning.
 
The role involves working closely with surgeons and hospital teams, supporting primarily planned surgeries while contributing to the growth of the team's trauma presence. There are no rigid territories — the team works together to ensure consistent, state-wide coverage.
 
What You'll Be Doing

• Developing and maintaining relationships with orthopaedic surgeons and clinical staff
• Providing in-theatre support and technical product expertise
• Identifying business opportunities and helping drive growth in key accounts
• Working across a diverse product range focused on orthopaedic reconstruction and fixation
• Collaborating with a tight-knit team that shares knowledge and support
• Travelling across Victoria to engage with surgeons and clinical teams

Who We're Looking For

• Background in orthopaedics, allied health, or medical devices (sales experience preferred but not essential)
• Strong understanding of anatomy — foot & ankle knowledge an advantage
• Enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to learn
• Comfortable working in theatre environments and building rapport with clinical teams
• A team player who enjoys collaboration but can also take ownership and drive results independently
