About the Role

As a Melbourne-based Senior Ethics & Compliance Business Partner, you will be the trusted advisor helping the business operate ethically and with confidence. Reporting to the Head of Legal & Compliance, you will provide expert guidance on how to embed compliance into everyday decision-making, translating complexity into clarity and creating practical, workable solutions.
 
You will partner across Commercial, Medical, Finance, IT, Clinical and Corporate Affairs to anticipate risk, simplify processes, and strengthen a culture where doing the right thing is part of how the business succeeds.
 
What We Are Looking For

We are seeking someone who:

• Brings senior-level expertise in compliance within pharma, biotech, or a similarly regulated environment
• Operates with autonomy and accountability, offering clear, practical advice that enables the business
• Thinks beyond policy, able to influence, challenge, and lead with credibility
• Genuinely thrives in compliance and governance, and sees this as a role to grow in, not through
• Is skilled at engaging across business functions, making complex frameworks simple and actionable
• Ideally brings experience using data and insights to inform compliance strategy
