We’re currently engaging with experienced Residential Managers & Directors of Nursing who are open to exploring opportunities across Sydney. In the short term we have opportunities across Sydney's north, from the beaches to the hills. 

These are full-time, permanent roles within high-quality, well-supported residential aged care settings — offering strong organisational backing, good systems, and the opportunity to lead dedicated teams as a senior leader.

Ideal Background:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)
• Experience as a Director of Nursing, Residence Manager, or equivalent
• Deep knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, clinical governance, and AN-ACC
• Proven ability to lead large cross functional teams, from facilities to clinical, and manage care minutes effectively
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
