We are seeking experienced Grader Operators for upcoming mining and civil projects across WA. Multiple sites, strong safety culture, and consistent ongoing work available for the right operators.

Role Responsibilities:

• Operating graders (CAT 140M or similar) for civil and mining earthworks
• Final trim, haul road maintenance and general site preparation
• Working safely within site procedures and maintaining compliance

To Be Successful:

• Grader ticket (essential)
• Proven experience operating graders in civil or mining
• White Card
• Current driver’s licence
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical & D&A screen
• NPC (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong commitment to safety
