The Opportunity:
Bridge Resources is seeking 4 x Graduate Geologists to join a dynamic site-based exploration team in the WA Goldfields.
This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or students nearing the end of their geology degrees to gain hands-on field experience on a reputable exploration program.

Working in a back-to-back arrangement, you’ll be part of a collaborative geology team conducting fieldwork, sampling, and data collection to support drilling and exploration efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with geological mapping, sampling, and field data collection
• Support drilling programs including rig supervision, sample logging, and QA/QC
• Conduct soil, rock, and geochemical sampling
• Validate and enter geological data into company software systems
• Assist with data interpretation and reporting
• Adhere to company safety, environmental, and exploration procedures
• Collaborate with geologists, technicians, and other site teams

Skills & Experience Required:

• Recently completed or nearing completion of a degree in Geology, Geoscience, or Earth Sciences
• Must have previous experience as a Field Assistant in Gold Exploration
• Basic knowledge of field mapping, sampling, and geochemical methods
• Abiltiy to lift 2.5 KG bags of dirt on a regular basis, onto and off trucks
• Comfortable working FIFO/site-based in remote locations
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
• Confident using geological software (e.g., Micromine, Leapfrog, etc.)

Mandatory Requirements:

• Manual C Class Driver’s Licence (4WD experience a bonus)
• Valid First Aid Certificate
• National Police Clearance (within 3 months)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical & drug/alcohol screen
• Start Date: 11th August 2025
• 2/2 Roster or 8:6 Roster Available | FIFO: Ex Perth
• 2 months + worth of work
• Days & Night shifts
