About the Roles:
We’re currently seeking experienced and motivated administrators to join our client's growing team across multiple roles, including:

• Project Coordinator
• Maintenance Administrator
• Mobilisation Administrator

Based in the Perth CBD office, these full-time positions offer the opportunity to support key civil and mining projects, with occasional travel to site as required. Whether you're experienced in project logistics, coordinating site personnel, or maintaining operational records, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
While duties vary slightly across roles, core responsibilities may include:

• Providing high-level administrative support to site and project teams
• Coordinating mobilisation and demobilisation of personnel and equipment
• Supporting travel, accommodation, and onboarding logistics
• Managing maintenance schedules, records, and reporting
• Assisting with document control, compliance paperwork, and site inductions
• Liaising between head office, project sites, and internal departments

About You:

• Previous experience in construction, civil, or mining administration
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Confident communicator, both written and verbal
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and project management systems
• Willingness to travel to site when needed
• A proactive and flexible attitude with a focus on safety and accuracy
• White Card   (advantageous) 
• Rio Tinto / FMG / BHP inducted (advantageous)
