We are currently seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant with a background in blue collar recruitment within the Commercial Construction sector to join our team in Kewdale. This role offers the opportunity to manage and grow a warm, well-established desk supported by a strong client base and an extensive candidate database.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for blue collar roles in the Commercial Construction sector - Perth metro projects. 
• Source, screen, and build strong talent pools using a variety of recruitment methods.
• Maintain consistent communication and deliver high-quality service to existing clients.
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
• Conduct regular site visits to strengthen client and candidate relationships and ensure workplace standards.
• Perform safety inspections in line with company and industry compliance requirements.
• Uphold and promote a strong safety culture across all recruitment activities.
• Represent the business professionally in all dealings with clients and candidates.

  
What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in blue collar recruitment, specifically within Commercial Construction.
• Proficiency in using JobAdder or similar recruitment software.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
• Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Demonstrated experience in business development and client relationship management.
• A valid Australian driver’s licence.
