Bridge Resources is a leading provider of resourcing, recruitment, and workforce management solutions across the mining, construction, civil, manufacturing, and logistics sectors in Western Australia.
  
We are currently seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified and experienced professionals to join Mining & Civil Project teams for a variety of upcoming projects across Western Australia.
  
We are looking for candidates to fill the following key roles:

• Project Managers
• Project Engineers
• Commercial Managers
• HSE Project Advisors
• Site Supervisors

These positions offer both short- and long-term contract opportunities at various mine and civil sites. The roles will expose you to a diverse range of work environments, from smaller, owner-operated sites to large-scale, complex projects.
  
Qualifications & Experience:
  
To be considered, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• A valid Australian driver’s license (HR or above preferred)
• Current Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain one)
• Proven experience in the mining or civil industries with a strong understanding of operations (MUST)
• A commitment to safety and the ability to foster a safety-first culture (MUST)
• Ability to work effectively in both small and large teams with a focus on collaboration and results
• Willingness to work across various rosters, including 8/6, 7/7, 2/1, 3/1, 2/2, and more
• Ability to complete a PEM & DAS when required

• Mobile Plant Tickets
• Trade Qualifications
